Make a Sale

DataTrak Point of Sale makes it easy to make a sale and attach the sale to a member's information.

To make a sale

1. Point to the main Menu.
2. In the Point of Sale section, click POS.
3. If your club attaches members to sales, use the Member search field to add the member to the purchase.
4. Select the desired Category.
5. Select the desired product or service.
6. To complete the sale

• If the member is paying with cash, click Quick Cash and select the amount paid.
• If the member is using another payment method, click Total, select the Payment Method, and enter the payment information.

7. Click Finish.
